Commissioned photographs can be used by the client for the purposes agreed at the time of commissioning, or subsequently.

The use of portfolio images is licensed to the client. This may be either a Royalty Free License or a Traditional License.

IMAGE FORMAT AND QUALITY

Images are supplied as digital files on CD or DVD. The files are normally in RGB TIFF format, for PC or Mac, or as high quality JPEGS. Final sharpening of the image is normally left to the end user to carry out after re-sizing.

PAYMENT

Full payment for commissioned architectural photography must be within seven days of the date of the invoice issued at completion.

Building Photography reserves the right to claim interest for late payment and to claim any debt recovery costs. Clients’ attention is drawn to the relevant legislation “The Late Payment of Commercial (Interest) Act 1988”, as amended and supplemented by the “Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2002”.

Payment for portfolio images supplied on CD or DVD must be sent with the order prior to despatch. On receipt of payment the CD/DVD will be despatched by Special Delivery.
